Seven ANSI B sheets as a print-ready PDF and as SVG files you or your engineer can open in CAD: the dimensioned main level plan, the loft or roof plan with an illustrative site plan, four exterior elevations, a building section with a wall section and panel erection elevation, a sheet of Prime Blocks Tech details with the panel, door and window schedules, an electrical plan with the panel schedule, and a plumbing plan with the fixture schedule and pipe sizes.
No, and no — not on their own. Every sheet is stamped PRELIMINARY — NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION in the title block. A registered design professional licensed in your jurisdiction has to review the set, run the structural design for your site loads, size the foundation, connections and lateral system, and seal the drawings before you submit for permit. Some jurisdictions will also want a site plan prepared from a real boundary survey.
Because it is the single most common way a stock-plan purchase goes wrong. Plans bought online are architecture, not engineering. Budget for the engineer of record from day one, not after the permit desk sends you back.
We do not state one. Fire-resistance ratings come from tested assembly reports for a specific build-up, and the report has to be current. If your occupancy and construction type require a rated wall, ask us for the applicable report before you design around it.
Yes. Moving a partition, changing an opening or extending the plan by whole 4-foot panel modules is straightforward, and the module is exactly why. Tell us what you want to change and we will quote the revised set. Anything structural still goes through the engineer of record.
The drawings are dimensioned and detailed around the panel system, so the details on sheet A-4.0 assume it. The plans can be re-detailed for light-frame or CMU, but that is a redraw, not a substitution — talk to us first.
No. We draw it and we can supply the panel kit. You build with your own contractor. We will brief the contractor on panel erection, which is usually all the training an experienced crew needs.
We quote it, we do not publish it. The all-in cost depends on your site, your finishes and your local labour market far more than on the shell, so a catalogue number would be a guess dressed up as a price. Tell us where you are building and you get a real one.
Anywhere a truck can reach, subject to freight. The economics get harder the further the panels travel — ask us for a delivered price to your zip code before you plan around it.
The plan set licence covers one house. Talk to us about a multi-build or developer licence — for a repeated design that is usually the right structure anyway.
Ask it directly — you will get an answer from someone who has drawn the set, not a form reply.
